A criminal conviction can have serious consequences. If the State is trying to convict you of a crime, you may be facing fines and/or jail or prison time. It is essential to aggressively defend against a criminal charge. Whether or not you are charged with a crime, if CPS has targeted your family you will find yourself embroiled in a complex and adversarial battle with a large government agency. I have extensive experience defending parents against such actions by CPS. Do not let the confusion and bureaucracy of the CPS "machine" wrongfully deny you of your parental rights. I also have experience representing individuals seeking to establish or enforce a protective order or seeking to defeat such an order. My experience on both sides of the issue has allowed me to develop a thorough understanding of the necessary process to attack and establish protective orders, depending on what your situation warrants. As a compliment to my family law practice, I work with families to develop an appropriate estate plan. A comprehensive will can ensure all that you have worked for will be protected. No matter how large or small your estate, having a will can prevent your property from being overtaxed and most importantly ensure your loved ones are provided for.
